Italian Innovation

Ceramica Flaminia has been producing ceramic sanitary ware for 70 years. With the collaboration of some of the most prestigious international designers, Flaminia designs and works on the innovation of the bathroom environment, creating items of the highest quality.

All phases of product development – from prototyping to production – are carried out within the company, starting from modeling, in which the design idea is brought to life, which is carried out manually, in close contact with the designers, with the typical care of the artisan workshop.

Efficiency, quality, research, innovation make the Flaminia brand one of the most prestigious witnesses of “Italian know-how”, recognized and respected all over the world.

Made in Italy

All production is created in our factories in the Civita Castellana district, where all the steps are carried out, from prototyping to modeling, from casting to enamelling up to baking. A complete cycle within the tradition and quality typical of Made in Italy, which allows us to successfully export to over 70 countries around the world.

Production is made exclusively in Italy by mixing industrial phases, which make use of the most sophisticated and modern production facilities, and manual interventions, in which the expertise of craftsmanship becomes crucial.

High technological level and experience of craftsmanship: the basis of the excellence of our production is the traditional formula of Italian design companies.

Designers

ANGELETTI RUZZA - Silvana Angeletti and Daniele Ruzza have been industrial designers since 1994, when Guzzini launched the Zazà coffee pot, which is still in the brand’s collection. Having designed the Flamina Bloom Collection, Angeletti Ruzza have collaborated with numerous Italian manufacturing companies.

GIULIO CAPPELLINI - Giulio Cappellini was born in Milano in 1954. In 1979 he graduated with a degree in Architecture and then attended the Bocconi University school of management. In 1979, he joined Cappellini and assumed the role of Art Director and designer. 

Giulio Cappellini also occupies the role of art director for various leading companies operating in the furnishing and design industry and for the Istituto Marangoni Design Campus. Cappellini designed the MINIWASH Collection for Flaminia.

LUDOVICA+ROBERTO PALOMBA - Ludovica + Roberto Palomba founded Palomba Serafini Associates in 1994. The hallmark of the studio emerges from the founders’ ability to combine a contemporary vision of society and people’s needs, with a broad knowledge of the historical and cultural roots of architecture and design, producing long-lasting products and architectures including the Flaminia TWIN Collection.

Innovation

We are inspired by everyday gestures trying to find practical answers that help improve the quality of life. We continuously research for product improvement: technical solutions that facilitate the work of plumbers, reduce the consumption of water and detergents, help renew the context in which we live, giving designers ample design freedom.

The development and design of new solutions for living go hand in hand with aesthetics and design, thus improving both the function and the environment in which they reside.

GoSilent: Silent Evolution

GoSilent is the new Flaminia very silent flushing system. The Gosilent system makes cleaning  the internal part of the wc easier and grants maximum hygiene at every flush with a smaller water consumption and, finally, has an original design. But its great innovation is the silence: the reduction of noise using a gosilent wc is about 50% compared to the same model in the goclean version.

A remarkable improvement for both private homes and contract projects, for great apartment buildings and in general for all public spaces where concentration and silence are required.
